A witch and her unexpected familiar
Lottie is a young witch determined to make her family proud. The first steps are letting her familiar choose her. But instead of a black cat or a raven (which are perfectly acceptable familiars thank-you-very-much), Lottie ends up with an unexpected familiar: A big goofy dog named Watson. Lottie has to find a way to not only get her hyperactive new familiar under control, but to also find a way to accept herself.
